Im just spitballin, conjuring up ideas or conversations.

With that said, I would think that Cliffs is wanting to be bought out by a major, and grabbing control of the ROF would make them a screaming target. Isn't that the name of the game for the shareholders and management?

I used to think Cliffs was too small to take on FWR etc, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Their SP has rocketed since that deal which begs the idea that the more they get the higher their SP will go?

If Cliffs makes a move for SPQ or KWG and is uncontested by anyone other than perhaps Noront, what does that mean? It's a precarious time right now.

And I think Cliffs would want the nickel and pge's as well, not just chrome.
