Ok, what you have said is

for Cr no competition so CLF will get KWG/SPQ.

CLF sees deep mining of CR as "no cash" for years.

NOT needs a JV (partner) to move on peripheral plays.

NOT needs a JV major NOW to compete with CLF strategy.

Otherwise, NOT will have to be prove it has enough resource.

Time is a risk.

All you say could be correct.

Sometimes I think we are overdoing it on the chrome. Maybe

NOT will want to JV with a partner who is interested in NI and PGE's

Maybe a lot of the chrome will be redundant for so long that it won't

be worth the owning now.

If someone (CLF) ties up all the chrome NOW cheap, it seems to be it

would be protection only.

I don't think CLF wants NOT.

But, I think at some point there will be interest in NI. Who else is going

to hit NI big?

It might not only be NOT.

And there is where the big fight might happen.

Who in the ROF will give NOT competition and how that will that play out.

May be the next really guessing game.

I have no answers. Except, maybe follow the "old guys".

vermillion.
