This is amazing in the fact that the gov. reg. office refuses to acknowledge any part of this manipulation. I wonder if the regulatory office could be held legally and financially responsible if taken to court as they are now aiding and allowing this practice to continue with full advance knowledge of its existance and participants while being charged to protect investors against this type of practice.

It would seem to be very difficult for them to defend against. It would sure be interesting to see someone in this regulatory office being charged.
