Notsters,

I have been saying for some time that McGuinty has been in charge of marketing the ROF.

Now the question of where and what will be the source of electrical power should be at the forefront. See article on SA trouble below.

I think Cliffs can't get this rail line in soon enough as it could really benefit from being a producer today, and they know it. Didn't Railroader say they had started clearing some line? It might be some time before agreements and handshakes to determine where the rail will go through.

I hope all of the 45 million in the budget goes completely into infra dollars (road, rail and POWER) but I'm sure, as SUM pointed out, the government needs to be seen as helpful, so a good chunk of the $$$ likely to end up on social programs. Wii will see.

We need analyst coverage because there isn't much that I can find out there aside from the usual players that are talked about on this board.
