New Noront Valuation Method

posted on Mar 26, 2010 06:15PM

I have been getting asked by friends and family what my current model is for valuing Noront…Each new valuation method gets exceedingly more complex due to all that Noront has going on in the Ring of Fire. The latest model I began using around a month or so ago and I am finding it is the best method to date.I refer to this method based upon tons of scientific, quantitative and imperical data as the “Ridiculous Method” (not taught at most business schools due to the high level of complexity, remember the purpose of business school is not to flunk students out).Below is the simple answer on how to value Noront based upon the new “Ridiculous Method”:

Set a current price for Noront in your mind, a price in which you would be willing to take ALL of your personal possessions down to your local pawn shop in order to get cash so you can have more shares of Noront. That is what we call the Noront Base Price. The Noront Base Price is based upon all the current available information we have at that time, it must be backed up by 43-101s…Then add $.05 to Noront’s value for the “BLUE SKY” and that is just about where Noront’s share price will hold.I have loaded up the rental truck with all my stuff three times now and each time the stock price goes up the $.05 so I load the stuff back in the house…

Once you understand the use of the “Ridiculous Method” you stop being amazed at how something that is so incredibly valuable is traded at such mind-blowingly low price, and you say to yourself, oh the Market is using the “Ridiculous Method” to value Noront and that is why the share price sucks. It is very complicated math but I hope I was able to put this share price valuation into laymen’s terms.
