Clearly I was refering to the Nickel Smelter that would still be used to smelt nickel...this time from the RoF. And clearly they would also need to build a ferochrome smelter in Sudbury or closer to Fisher Harbour. But Xstrata is the obvious choice to be interested because of their expertise in both chrome and base metals.
