Message: What does this mean, from today's release

If I was a company looking to take a piece of or the whole project, the more resource proven up the more I would pay for it. So to answer your question, I would say yes it makes it worth more. Would you pay more for something you think is worth X amount of dollars or you know it is worth X amount? Proving up a resource takes time, inferred resources sound to me like an educated quess of what is there.
