"How often does some get suckered into selling to late then buying back to late .Its a game some of us cannot afford to play"

I say this with all due respect... you know the game, and the way it is currently being played and has been played for decades. It's not changing anytime soon. Thus if you can't afford to play the game then you shouldn't be here. It may sound rough but it's true. It's always been said, if you can't afford to lose it you shouldn't play with it.
