None. The blockade applied only to the mining companies, and only on Koper Lake, an ice-landing strip for aircraft. There was no blockade of the ice roads. The problem was first reported in northern Manitoba, where the usual 3-month usable life of the ice roads went down to 2 weeks. Hello, global climate change.
