I'm not disputing that fact, OBG. Everyone has to come clean IMO. But will all of them ? I doubt it very much. And I'm not referring to Agoracom because the facts will be laid on the table. The people I worry about and their intentions, are the ones who are laying those facts on the table and how they have presented those facts.

Our voice is strong, but I do realize that we need some institutional investors to side with Retail to have any true voice. However, there is power in numbers of people and the resources they all have at hand individually.

And I'll be the first person to fire off a letter of apology to any parties I may have implicated in my earlier post, should I be wrong.

Again, I am only presenting a possible scenario and am not making any accusations against anyone in particular. I have presented facts relating to a certain hedge fund, as they were prominent in the Noront proxy war.
