This certainly may be so, but doesn't it come in very handy for stalling momentum in the ROF for those that want to get cheap shares over a period of time. Don't people love to cite stuff like this to hold back the flow of buying that would really push these stocks up. Don't get me wrong, a bit of conserativism is not a bad thing, it's just that it's a useful tool likewise. Wait until they are ready to heap coals on the flames, then they won't be able to say enough about how amazing the area is and what a sure thing it was, that they called it a long time ago and knew it would be so.
