Message: buy out?

Just trying to get a sense of why there are no non-disclosure agreements outstanding at this point, especially when NOT is being touted to be onto one of the biggest finds in Canadian history? Please excuse my ignorance, but is this because we have only just begun drilling again and a 43-101 already accounts for what has been identified through the drillbit as of yet? Does this have anything to do with the fact that other majors might not be as interested as CLF is becoming such a prominent player in the area? Or are other large corps sitting on the sides just waiting to see the results of this years drill program or possibly waiting for the FN issues to fully settle? Lack of infrastructure?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
