Hi Oropuro I tendered my Freewest shares to Noront on Dec. 8th. Finally, after much effort by my broker, (Vanguard, a very respected firm) we finally received my Noront shares two weeks ago.(Almost 4 months!) but I did NOT receive the warrants! I was told again and again by my Broker that American citizens often were at the mercy of the Canadian Trust Depository that held back on releasing unrestricted shares, and Americans had no recourse. Not wanting to wait a further extended period of time, yesterday I emailed Joanne Jobin and asked if these warrants were issued, and if so, were they trading, and what was the symbol. She emailed that the warrants were indeed distributed, but the small number issued precluded them from being traded. She told me to talk with my broker about it. I'll begin the tangled mess of inquiry once again, but this I know... The Canadian Trust Depository is not at all forthcoming with American's shares, and I will never again tender shares to them. I will be forced to sell them in the marketplace to avoid all this nonsense. My friend, I hope you have an easier time of getting what is rightfully yours. Actually, If I had not tendered, I would have made twice as much money on shares of Cliffs!! Live and learn...All the best to you. Jacki
