Why get the SP up

If NOT plans a another takeover(hostile or not) they have to get the SP up

If NOT wants to get some value before they get taken out they have to get the SP up

If NOT wants to du a PP that will get the most bank for their buck they have to get the SP up

All these three points are very possible and the SP will go up.
