Having worked in the area of the 'ring of fire' for several years... I have a question as a grunt on the ground!

Are sharehoders entitled to know when money is being spent in an apparent wasteful manner? The latest manuevering by Matrix/Noront to get in essential materials for camp operations and the drill programs seems to be contrary to getting the best results for money spent. It seems more could be saved and directed to keep the drills turning, than doing everything except for the logical approach in the name of efficiency.
