It seems to me that you misunderstand the situation.
Wes is not Pretending about developing Noront mines on our own, he seems dead serious.
( I do not understand how you latch on to the Pretense idea, unless you buy into the negative propaganda.)

Also the fact that Cliffs and government may be developing transportation infrastructures should instead of undervaluing us, means that we will spend less on these and should represent value due to savings to us.
The devaluation that you see now is more likely due to powerful interests wanting our sp low so that our shares could be transferred over at a lower price. My argument for that opinion is -

Why are the smaller plays not being devalued similarly?
Because they do not hold as much value and are not significant enough right now to be bothered with.

What interest occurs with the other plays is mostly from retail. Should any of them discover any thing substantial, watch out for devaluing events after the initial euphoria.

(Freewest as example.)
