I like that he's mentioning feasibility with MCFaulds, which to me implies he's starting to care about giving investors incentive to get interested.

Perhaps he's forgone the mindset that McFAulds is competing for it profits and thus he must disclose as little as possible. Promoting the region's profit potential, though indirectly beneficial for neighbors, is mostly profitable for the lead horse -Noront.

We are all in this together. As per my bias, I'm glad he mentioned partnering with other neighbors for the road/rail development. Though Noront lost bid for FWR to Cliffs, even Wes can admit that having Cliffs developing 1.5 bil infrastructure, reduces risk for serious investment into NOT. Wes now needs to drop all pretense of the solo Noront and make investing community realize Cliff's 1.5 bil plus gov't pumping has made Noront seriously undervalued at current SP.
