I wonder about this 15 million financing at 1.83.

Why so cheap. Last flow throughs were FOR MONEY. 25 million @ 2.80.

15 million @ 1.83 equates to 5% control. If the shares were offered for more money then less control.

As per the April 8 presentation Noront is showing 59% institutional ownership. With the retail fleecing since then could be over 60% by now. What will be the percent institutional ownership by the close date of these shares. I wonder.
