I don't get it....Have they not always stated that " NOT was a well financed exploration company "...The funds must be for something else other than drilling...I believe that monies gotten in the past HAD to be used for drilling that had to be completed by the end of 2010....What is the rush for this pp ? and why not a NR first ?......Regards...R R
