Paliman do not be humble. That is a very valid opinion that I and probably the vast majority here share.

In this last PP it is reasonable to assume that the cost to the buyers is in the $1.40 range, so would they not sell some shares now, drive the sp low and take a risk at having to buy back at 1.40 or even lower.

Even if they do not buy back, they have the stocks from the PP. They are safe, just a matter of how much they profit and when.
