On the topic of the rumour mill, I know someone who works at Dundee and we had a brief chat in passsing about the PP. I mentioned that it seemed odd to do it when Noront was "well funded". His reponse was, "there is always a reason" and he gave me a bit of wink. Now whatever that means I don't know but I thought I would throw it out there for the masses.
