I read other releases and it appears this company is REFORMING . The company was delisted in 2008 and has made aplication to STOCK EXCHANGE for relisting. it intends to provide the MANDATORY financial reports and list of officers. At the next general meeting elect a new slate of officers and change the name.

So if I am correct, it will start trading under a new name probably some time after the general meeting in June. We should watch for it to see what price it will be offered at and what assets they have.
