The amount of wealth that NOT must have on it's property is incalculable. But of course this is just my impression. The question now is how to play it.

Or how long did it take to fully explore Sudbury (is that even finished yet after a century) ?

or

play daytrader, if you´re able to "see the swings" (not my cup of tea).
