True, but my guess is that they're already prepared for these and would provide the same answers as they might over the phone. Certainly some questions can be asked that ordinarily wouldn't be asked due to the change in environment, but the watch dog will still be there to intercept any loose tongued staff or Bod. But you are correct about reading between lines etc., though we seem to do that whether it's an NR, phone call or what have you. I suspect what we might receive will be of more emotional value but I'm open to anything. Yes, anything unexpected could happen.... but then there is always the non-disclosure that will likely be part of the adventure.
