How to raise a steady declining SP

Would you use all drills(exept one which we only have for a short while)on an already know resource for infill drilling or new discoveries?I understand leaving the deeper drills,but to get the SP up u p up and away, we need to hit some new stuff here.Do good grades and big intercepts on infill drilling get the market to buy so we charge in a upward way?
