Does anyone have any ideas why the April 19 NR regarding the 15 Million Equity financing at 1.83 is not on the Noront Website under news releases 2010?

The April 20 NR is up as well as the April 26 NR. Why not this one?

I find it strange that it has not been posted on the Noront website since the other PP's were. It's closing on or BEFORE the 10th of May and not a mention on their website.
