So does anyone think that the fall today could of been planned out for people to pick up cheap shares?

if you look at the majority of big name stocks, almost all of them have the same instant fall as the DOW had today around 2:30pm. Big companies all tanked during those few minutes, and have already recovered.

So check this out. Lots of people losing money - ok, let make the market absolutely tank, we'll buy a whole whack of cheap shares, and in 30 minutes they will go up for the quickest 20% return ever, and maybe more?

Sounds crazy? no. the entire market is manipulated beyond all hell, this wouldnt surprise me. Almost sounds like a bear raid - didnt think that was possible till I saw it happen with a few companies.
