They are pointing at Citi for an errant trade made through NASDAQ exchange. This caused a cascading electronic reaction. High Frequecny Trading also the cause. No regulation...this was planned imo.

Hope you are long on gold and gold stocks. Let's have the frickin JJJ news, asap.
