Material news rarely follows reports on transactions which have impacted the sp significantly in providing advantage to certain groups/individuals where NOT is concerned. One could submit that it would look a little too convenient...... like "how coincidental that good news should arrive just at the time when all of these folks managed to pick up all of those cheap FS". But who knows, maybe they'll be more brash this time.... but I doubt it.
