GATA among others have been trying for a long time. so why did they move to action now?

I do not put much trust in coincidences.

I suspect that the auto accident was a planned attack and some authorities thought enough is enough and decided to move just in case another 'accident' become sucessful with the culprits becoming publicly known and the authorities are shown to have not done their responsible overseeing.

Publicity is a powerdfull tool.
