That is an excellent overview of a major issue affecting remote deposits with high access/infrastructure costs. That issue is the lack of any long term public policy to entice majors to make billion dollar commitments. Australia now exemplifies this. The RoF will suffer the same drag unless longer term policies are committed by the current provincial and federal governments. It will ultimately get developed, but the majors need huge discounts to value to justify the political risks. Canada and Ontario look far more likely to follow the Australian route as bureaucrats are pressured for higher tax revenues.

Mr. Minister, show us the money, we have given you the time.
