not the instos and not much of the retail. SP has been going down on very low volume courtesy of the game players. Look at both rough days in the market. NOT is just being played with along with a bunch of other stocks. Some market medling is going on by the usual culprits. I suspect to see a good run once they're ready to let news fly and figure they've exhausted this level of the sp. We'll see.
