Good morning Tranquille my friend: What a pity that this wasn't done when Cliffs first started this with the other take over bid. A merger at that time with Noront would have resulted in greater protection and a far far higher ultimate value for their shares. Both they and Noront would have benifitted. As it is Cliffs is the winner.
