Hi Edgy,

you´re right - it looks like the final way of self protection for SPQ and KWG.

Cliff´s offer for 0,13c is ridiculous in my POV (especially in the light of the last 43-101 and compared to the buyout of FWR).

That´s the only reason why I´m hoping for this merger to happen - plus I´m a shareholder with SPQ.

Even more so would I´ve voted for a merger of NOT,FWR,PRB,SPQ,KWG,.. a long time ago - and would do so now.
