Cliffs seems to be " circling the wagons ". Buy the small cheap companies around NOT and try to strangle them. Cliffs knows that to try to takeover NOT would be very expensive but if they can grab enough ofthe smaller players they may not need NOT.

NOT can't go it alone unless they raise a massive amount of money ( read major dilution ) or partner with a white knight major. Not needs a friend of comparable size to Cliffs.

Bought more yesterday as I think some on this board also did.
