Go to the fact that our BOD is a team of fund managers and therefore , having stated that no leaks will be allowed ,no halt will be called for, they do not disapprove the trading behaver of those houses which will practice this type of share control because in the end these infamous houses are the same kind of investors with one program in mind :look after their needs to make money .

My opinion only, but i bet anything that i am near enough to the truth.
