I find it hard to swallow that Cliffs all of a sudden is not interested in KWG. More likely they have enough shares or influence that they see no immediate need to aquire KWG and Spider is the one that they need to concentrate upon especially if such action could divide the two prospective mergerees.
Stranger things have and will happen. Ed.
