Interesting idea: Cliffs buying KWG on the cheap, by NR prioritizing SPQ first -which may be a bluff. Then they announce they don't need to buy Spider because they've got enough KWG. And they've spend 1/3rd of orignial offers.

As powerful of backers as Noront may have, we need a second major involved or we may all get pushed around.
