Consider ourselves lucky, to give you an analogy of what is being proposed in the forestry sector.... the government wants to create a Crown Corporation with a BOD including FN representation, cancel ALL of the exisiting claims and put all the claims in the new corpn. The use of the resource will then be subject to either open bids or negotiated sales with the corpn responsible for charging enough to recover capital costs (roads, bridges, rail etc.)
