The problem is that the only way for these junior exploration companies to get capital is to issue shares. There is zero cash flow so debt won't work. The hope is that the cash that they do have will be used wisely on drilling and continuing to prove up the resource. This should, in reality, prop the stock price up. In an ideal, nonmaniuplated market, this should more than offset any diultion from future share issues.
