there are many short positions using the drip affect to keep NOT's sp down and truck loads of them waiting to keep it down if NOT comes out with good news. This means that any news that NOT comes out with will have to be powerful enough to vapourize the short postions in a massive buying surge..... not what happened the last time there was news.
