The wording of this announcement (historical) suggests that Noront is the first to sign such and agreement.

In fact it was Ian Broadie Brown at tribute that signed the first ( historical ) exploration agreement with the Webiquie several months ago. In doing so Ian paved a path for others to follow.

Noront likes to paint itself as "the king of the ring" and the only exploration company worth anything in the RoF. Now they want to insinuate that they are the first to have a "histrical" agreement with the FN.
