I am of the oppisite opinion.
Insider buying means there is good news around the corner AND the results are most likely in ( or at least verbal comment about).
What it really means is that the news will not be out until the insider's buying is old news. Why risk problems with regulators?

Do not write Noront's management, or those close to it, to be 100% ethical.
The best of us when faced with temptation, Fail, or at least take advantage, lol.
