for any number of reasons. Currently I suspect that there are those that would like to take opportunity with depressed prices, knowing as we all do, that NOT must be pregnant with news, though there is the perception that they seem to feel the need to hold info. until such time as they believe that they have the requisite number of samples/ holes to report on. They have never really clarified whether this is an arbitrary approach or whether it relates to a phase of exploration. Either way it gives them latitude to hold info. for seemingly any length of time they choose, to suit what ever reporting system/agenda they may have. The claim is that they release news when it is obtained but it has to qualify first as having been received in appropriate collections of data, which is where it becomes arbitrary. Obviously there is no industry standard here. I certainly have my ideas of the nature of their reporting system. They say they don't report visuals and that they wait for batches before reporting. This sounds very professional and responsible, or it sounds like a good way to keep the sp supressed. It depends on your point of view and beliefs.
