great post CMP. I work in a SMG 1 type job and I can tell you that SMG 3 is very serious indeed. The Minister said last week when I was in his presence that his ministry is the economic development ministry and I can see him pushing very hard to create jobs. People forget the hidden 1.95% EHT (Employer health Tax) and I can assure you that jobs in the mining sector can pay for the high cost of health care in Ontario.
