I read a while back that Jitney, unlike most brokers, is available to be used by other brokers or indtitutions to trade in the market.
The short story may be that they are used by others to trade under cover besides just listing at the exchange under Annonymous label.
Their being involved raises my eyebrows as to whom is pulling the strings.
