I'm starting to feel a bit giddy. Every morning I check for News Releases from NOT - I feel like a kid running downstairs and seeing if Santa was there. I know I know, It's only June, I just feel like he is going to make an early appearance this year.

I'm really getting a good feeling about this play - not the least of my reasons being that what has happened in the last few months just doesn't make any sense to me. I felt the same way about FWR when it was sold off just before the takeover.
