Mineralfields owns about 110 million shares and is voting against the merger and with CLIFFS.I dont how much CLIFFS has bought i the last month or so but i am sure its alot,which will also vote against the merger.The deal is now done.They ill get the votes.Way too many shares out for retail to win.We seen this with FWR.
