accumulate kwg over the next few weeks at .10 cents, make an offer for the company, and get a bidding war going with cliffs. Worse case scenario, the .10 cent shares would be worth more after the bidding war, best case scenario, force cliffs to make a decision on kwg or have noront as a partner. IMHO
