No just cautious!

When I see houses that I respect sell one after an other and we have an ugly looking chart, I try to understand it more than I used to. Call it being a little more seasoned or whatever you want but I still love the fundamentals here but the market is saying something and I am listening...which I did not do in the past and it cost me dearly. At the end of the day, I am just trying not to make the same mistakes again.
